Emily is passionate about how the right people and technology can revolutionize the way organizations personalize customer experiences that build trust and loyalty.
Through her experience, she realized that the options for consulting, outsourcing, and technology could be overwhelming to the buyer and that all solutions are unique, and some are a better fit for companies. Unfortunately, this is often not realized until the customer begins the implementation process, and they are locked into contracts and hindered by limitations of the solutions selected.
